ZWEI NEUE MITGLIEDER FÜR DEN AFG-VERWALTUNGSRAT VORGESCHLAGEN
Antrag auf Zuwahl von Peter Barandun und Heinz Haller – Rücktritt von Dr. Edgar Oehler an der Generalversammlung 2014 - Antrag auf Dividende in der Höhe von CHF 0.30
Arbon, 24. März 2014 – Der Verwaltungsrat der AFG Arbonia-Forster-Holding AG beantragt der Generalversammlung vom 25. April 2014 die Zuwahl von zwei neuen, unabhängigen Verwaltungsratsmitgliedern. Ausserdem schlägt der Verwaltungsrat die verrechnungs-steuerfreie Ausschüttung einer Dividende in der Höhe von CHF 0.30 pro Aktie vor.

Arbon, le 24 mars 2014 – Le Conseil d’administration d’AFG Arbonia-Forster-Holding AG demandera à l’Assemblée générale du 25 avril 2014 de nommer deux nouveaux membres indépendants au Conseil d’administration. En outre, le Conseil proposera le versement d’un dividende exonéré de l’impôt anticipé de CHF 0.30 par action.

Proposal to elect Peter Barandun and Heinz Haller – Resignation of Dr Edgar Oehler at the general meeting 2014 – Proposal for dividends in the amount of CHF 0.30
Arbon, 24 March 2014 – The Board of Directors of AFG Arbonia-Forster-Holding AG proposes to the general meeting on 25 April 2014 the election of two new, independent members of the Board of Directors. In addition, the Board of Directors is proposing the distribution of a dividend free of withholding tax in the amount of CHF 0.30 per share.
