VERKAUF DES AFG KÜCHENGESCHÄFTS AN ALNO VOLLZOGEN
Arbon, 25. März 2014 – Der Verkauf des Küchengeschäfts der AFG Arbonia-Forster-Holding AG an den deutschen Hersteller Alno AG in Pfullendorf/DE ist am 25. März 2014 definitiv vollzogen worden. Der Verkauf erfolgte rückwirkend per 1. Januar 2014
Der Verkauf des AFG Küchengeschäfts an die Alno AG umfasst die beiden Küchenmarken Piatti und Forster Schweizer Stahlküchen. Die Arbeitsverhältnisse der rund 500 Mitarbeitenden der AFG Küchen AG wurden übernommen. Die Alno Gruppe beschäftigt 1800 Mitarbeitende und ist mit Produktionswerken, Tochtergesellschaften, Joint Ventures und Vertriebsgesellschaften mit den Marken Alno, Wellmann, Impuls und Pino in 64 Ländern vertreten.

LA VENTE À ALNO DES ACTIVITÉS CUISINE D’AFG EST CONCLUE
Arbon, le 25 mars 2014 – La vente des activités cuisine d’AFG Arbonia-Forster-Holding AG au fabricant allemand Alno AG (Pfullendorf) a été définitivement conclue le 25 mars 2014, avec effet rétroactif au 1er janvier 2014
La cession des activités cuisine d’AFG à la société Alno AG comprend les deux marques de cuisine Piatti et Forster Cuisines suisses en acier. Les rapports de travail des quelque 500 salariés d’AFG Cuisines SA ont été repris. Le Groupe Alno emploie 1 800 collaborateurs et est représenté dans 64 pays sous forme d’usines, filiales, coentreprises et sociétés de distribution, à travers les marques Alno, Wellmann, Impuls et Pino.

SALE OF THE AFG KITCHEN BUSINESS TO ALNO HAS BEEN CONCLUDED
Arbon, 25 March 2014 – The sale of the AFG Arbonia-Forster-Holding AG kitchen business to German manufacturer Alno AG in Pfullendorf (Germany) was officially concluded on 25 March 2014. This sale was completed with retroactive effect from 1 January 2014
The sale of the AFG kitchen business to Alno AG includes the two kitchen brands Piatti and Forster Swiss Steel Kitchens. The employment contracts of the 500 or so employees of AFG Kitchen AG have been transferred. The Alno Group employs 1 800 people and is represented in 64 countries with all of its production facilities, subsidiaries, joint ventures and distribution companies, and the brands Alno, Wellmann, Impuls, and Pino.
