Temenos receives investment grade rating from S&P Global Ratings

GRAND-LANCY, Switzerland – May 19, 2025 – Temenos AG (SIX: TEMN), a global leader in banking technology, today received a long-term issuer credit rating of ‘BBB-’ with a stable outlook from S&P Global Ratings.

Commenting on the rating, Temenos CFO, Takis Spiliopoulos, said:

“We are pleased to receive our second investment grade credit rating today from S&P Global, having already being rated as investment grade by Fitch Ratings since 2023. This reflects the strength of our balance sheet and our prudent approach to leverage, having reduced our target leverage to 1.0-1.5x net debt to non-IFRS EBITDA from 1.5-2.0x at our Capital Markets Day in November 2024.”
