Vollzug der Übernahme von Montana in Brasilien
Kuhn Group, eine Division von Bucher Industries, konnte die im Januar angekündigte Übernahme von Montana Indústria de Máquinas S.A. bereits Ende März 2014 vollziehen.
Am 28. März 2014 konnte früher als erwartet der Vollzug der Übernahme von Montana abgeschlossen werden. Montana ist ein führender brasilianischer Hersteller von Pflanzenschutzspritzen, insbesondere grossen, selbstfahrenden Pflanzenschutzspritzen, sowie selbstfahrenden Düngerstreuern. Die Aktivitäten zur Integration von Montana in Kuhn Group liefen bereits an. Kuhn do Brasil und Montana werden unter die Gesamtleitung von Mario Wagner, dem heutigen Geschäftsführer von Kuhn do Brasil, gestellt. Der bisherige Leiter von Montana verlässt das Unternehmen. Evandro Fülber, heute Leiter Marketing, Vertrieb und Service von Kuhn do Brasil, übernimmt auch diese Verantwortung für die Produkte von Montana. Damit sind die wichtigen personellen Führungspositionen frühzeitig besetzt und sichern die optimale Integration der beiden Firmen. Durch die Übernahme wird Kuhn Group zu einem ausserordentlich attraktiven Partner für das Händlernetz in Brasilien und Südamerika.

Completion of Montana acquisition in Brazil
Bucher Industries division Kuhn Group completed the acquisition of Montana Indústria de Máquinas S.A., announced in January 2014, earlier than expected, at the end of March.
The acquisition of Montana was completed on 28 March 2014, earlier than expected. Montana is a leading Brazilian manufacturer of crop sprayers and fertiliser spreaders, specialising in large, self-propelled crop sprayers. The process of integrating Montana into Kuhn Group has already begun. Kuhn do Brasil and Montana will be placed under the overall leadership of Mario Wagner, the present managing director of Kuhn do Brasil. The current head of Montana is leaving the company. Kuhn do Brasil’s marketing, sales and service manager, Evandro Fülber, will take on the same role for Montana’s range of products. With the key management positions already filled, optimal integration of the two companies is assured. The acquisition makes Kuhn Group an extremely attractive partner for the dealership network in Brazil and South America.
