Il Credit Suisse pubblica la Relazione sulla gestione 2013 Zurigo, 03 aprile 2014 Credit Suisse Group AG e Credit Suisse AG hanno pubblicato oggi la Relazione sulla gestione 2013. La Relazione sulla gestione 2013 sul Form 20-F include il bilancio certificato e il rapporto sulle retribuzioni. Sono stati pubblicati anche la Relazione sulla responsabilità aziendale e il Profilo aziendale.

I risultati preliminari 2013 sono stati aggiornati per riflettere un onere aggiuntivo dopo imposte di CHF 468 milioni, dovuto principalmente a un aumento dell'accantonamento per controversie in corso legate all'inchiesta del Dipartimento di Giustizia degli Stati Uniti in materia fiscale.

Di conseguenza, il Credit Suisse registra nel 4T13 una perdita netta di CHF 476 milioni. I risultati core attestati sull'arco dell'intero esercizio 2013 riportano un utile ante imposte di CHF 3504 milioni a fronte di CHF 1888 milioni nel 2012 e, sempre per il 2013, un utile netto attribuibile agli azionisti di CHF 2326 milioni contro i CHF 1349 milioni del 2012. Il look-through total capital ratio del Credit Suisse è stato del 15,7%, a fronte del look-through CET1 ratio secondo Basilea 3 del 10,0% e del CET1 ratio secondo Basilea 3 del 15,7% alla fine del 2013. Poiché la decisione è stata adottata prima di presentare il bilancio certificato 2013, questo incremento, unitamente ad altri aggiustamenti per questioni non correlate, ha causato un onere aggregato di CHF 468 milioni a carico dei risultati del 4T13. L'onere in oggetto va ad aggiungersi all'onere dopo imposte di CHF 275 milioni annunciato il 21 marzo 2014 a seguito dell'accordo con l'Agenzia federale per il finanziamento dell'alloggio (Federal Housing Finance Agency, FHFA). In conseguenza dunque dell'onere di CHF 468 milioni annunciato oggi e di quello di CHF 275 milioni annunciato in precedenza, nel 4T13 il Credit Suisse registra una perdita netta di CHF 476 milioni. I risultati core attestati sull'arco dell'intero esercizio 2013 riportano un utile ante imposte di CHF 3504 milioni a fronte di CHF 1888 milioni nel 2012 e, sempre per il 2013, un utile netto attribuibile agli azionisti di CHF 2326 milioni contro i CHF 1349 milioni del 2012.
