Juni 2025: Die Übernahmekommission hat Feststellungen betreffend das Nichtbestehen einer Angebotspflicht an die Aktionäre von Mikron Holding AG erlassen und der neu zu gründenden Aktiengesellschaft NewCo eine Ausnahme von der Angebotspflicht mit Blick auf die Aktien der Mikron Holding AG gewährt.
30 juin 2025: La Commission des OPA a émis des constatations concernant l'inexistence de l'obligation de présenter une offre publique d'acquisition aux actionnaires de Mikron Holding AG, et accordé à la société anonyme en formation NewCo une dérogation à l'obligation de présenter une offre aux actionnaires de Mikron Holding AG.
30 June 2025: The Swiss Takeover Board has issued statements on the non-existence of the obligation to make a public tender offer to Mikron Holding AG's shareholders and has granted an exception to NewCo (which is being incorporated) from the obligation to make a public tender offer for the shares of Mikron Holding AG.
