Conformément aux stratégies d’Alpiq et d’EBM, le groupe Alpiq InTec devient propriétaire à 100 % de la filiale Schwarz + Partner. Alpiq renforce ainsi sa présence dans le secteur des installations électriques et des services de communication dans la région de Bâle.

En rachetant Schwarz + Partner AG, Alpiq InTec s’appuie sur le savoir-faire d’une équipe expérimentée dans les projets d’installations électriques ainsi que dans les services de communication. Par cet engagement, Alpiq InTec élargit nettement sa présence sur le marché bâlois et entame une nouvelle étape pour offrir une gamme complète de services en tant que prestataire global en technique du bâtiment.

La direction d’EBM souhaitait réaliser la vente de Schwarz + Partner, pour chacune des parties-prenantes, conformément aux pratiques sociales et à celles de la branche. Dans cette perspective et dans le cadre d’une solution optimale à long terme, Alpiq InTec assure la reprise de Schwarz + Partner dans la région de Bâle en conservant l’ensemble de ses quelque 150 collaborateurs, avec effet rétroactif au 1er janvier 2014. Les modalités financières restent confidentielles.

L'ensemble des collaborateurs, y compris les apprentis, sont aujourd’hui toujours employés. Les contrats en cours ont été repris en toute conformité, les garanties existantes et les engagements pris seront respectés.

Alpiq takes over Schwarz + Partner AG from EBMThe Alpiq InTec Group is strengthening its market presence in the Basel area.

In line with the strategies of Alpiq and EBM, 100% of the Schwarz + Partner subsidiary was taken over by Alpiq InTec. The Alpiq InTec Group is thereby strengthening its market presence relating to electrical installations and communication services in the Basel area.

By taking over Schwarz + Partner AG, Alpiq InTec will benefit from the many years of expertise of its employees relating to electrical installation projects and communication services. With this involvement Alpiq InTec is significantly strengthening its market presence in the Basel area and is undertaking another step towards offering all services from a single source as a comprehensive building technology supplier.

To the EBM senior management it was important that the sale of Schwarz + Partner could be arranged in a socially responsible manner for everyone affected. To this end and as part of a long-term, optimal solution, Schwarz + Partner in the Basel area and all of the approximately 150 employees were taken over by Alpiq InTec with effect from 1 January 2014. The key financial data remains confidential.

All employees and apprentices remain employed as before. Ongoing orders will be transferred as per their contracts; existing guarantees and liabilities will be complied with.
