Eric Bernard takes over as Sonova CEO effective September 15, 2025

Staefa (Switzerland), September 15, 2025 – Sonova Holding AG (SWX: SOON), a leading provider of innovative hearing care solutions, announces that Eric Bernard has officially stepped into the role of CEO, effective today. Eric joined the Group on July 1, 2025, and succeeds Arnd Kaldowski, who has served as CEO since April 2018. The transition was initially communicated on May 9, 2025.
