| Lausanne, 17 April 2014 – The Board of Directors of PubliGroupe Ltd has noted with surprise of the pre-announcement of an unsolicited public tender offer from Tamedia Ltd for all the shares in PubliGroupe. In due time, the Board will examine the offer in detail and then make a statement. The Board of Directors advises PubliGroupe shareholders to await this statement. At present, PubliGroupe shareholders need take no action regarding the pre-announcement of the offer. |
