Zwei neue Mitglieder im Verwaltungsrat – Statutenänderungen gutgeheissen – Ausschüttung einer Dividende – Edgar Oehler aus dem Verwaltungsrat verabschiedet
Arbon, 25. April 2014 – Die Aktionärinnen und Aktionäre der AFG Arbonia-Forster-Holding AG haben anlässlich der 27. Generalversammlung sämtlichen Anträgen des Verwaltungsrats zugestimmt. Neu in den Verwaltungsrat gewählt wurden Peter Barandun und Heinz Haller. Die Generalversammlung verabschiedete Edgar Oehler mit grossem Applaus aus dem Verwaltungsrat.

Arbon, le 25 avril 2014 – À l’occasion de la 27e assemblée générale, les actionnaires d’AFG Arbonia-Forster-Holding AG ont approuvé toutes les demandes déposées par le Conseil d’administration. Peter Barandun et Heinz Haller ont été élus au Conseil d’administration. L’assemblée générale a remercié Edgar Oehler sous les applaudissements énergiques du Conseil d’administration.

Arbon, 25 April 2014 – The shareholders of AFG Arbonia-Forster-Holding AG have approved all of the motions put forward by the Board of Directors at the 27th General Meeting. Peter Barandun and Heinz Haller were elected as new members of the Board of Directors. The General Meeting bade farewell to Edgar Oehler from the Board of Directors to great applause.
