Burkhalter Group acquires Caotec SA in Brusio (Canton of Graubünden) Donnerstag, 26. Februar 2026 - 17:50
The Burkhalter Group is acquiring the HVACP company Caotec in Val Poschiavo on 26 February 2026. The company employs 17 people and generates annual sales of around CHF 4.9 million.
Caotec SA has been operating successfully in the regional market for over 30 years and offers innovative solutions in the areas of plumbing, heating, ventilation and renewable energy. The company will continue to operate as an independent Group company of Burkhalter Holding Ltd under the current management of Dario Cao. The Caotec SA name and all employees will be retained.
The acquisition of Caotec SA means the Burkhalter Group will also be able to supply HVACP services to Upper and Lower Engadine and Val Poschiavo in future. Gaining additional market share through the targeted acquisition of other building technology companies remains part of the Burkhalter Group’s strategy.
