ORIOR shareholders approve all proposals put forward by the Board of Directors Montag, 04. Mai 2026 - 18:53

Shareholders adopted all of the proposals put forward by the Board of Directors during ORIOR AG’s 16th Annual General Meeting held today.
The Annual Report 2025, the Compensation Report 2025 and the 2025 report on non-financial matters were also approved. PwC, Zurich, was confirmed as the auditor for the 2026 financial year, and Proxy Voting Services GmbH was re-appointed as the independent proxy until the conclusion of the 2027 Annual General Meeting. Discharge was granted and all proposals relating to the compensation of the members of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee were passed.
Monika Friedli-Walser was re-elected as Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of ORIOR. As Delegate of the Board of Directors, she is tasked with leading the Group until the new CEO assumes office. All of the nominated members of the Board of Directors and the Compensation Committee were also elected. At the constitutive meeting of the Board of Directors that followed, the Board of Directors confirmed Markus Voegeli as Vice Chairman and Felix Burkhard as Lead Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee. Dr iur. Sandro Fehlmann, Markus Voegeli and Monika Schüpbach were appointed as additional members of the Audit Committee. The Annual General Meeting elected Monika Schüpbach, Dr iur. Sandro Fehlmann and Markus Voegeli as members of the Compensation Committee, and the Board of Directors appointed Monika Schüpbach as its Chair.
