In June, the number of local passengers was 2,070,705. Transfer passengers amounted to 29.1%, equal to 848,072 passengers. 

Year on year, air traffic movements increased by 2.3% to 24,757 take offs and landings. The average passenger per movement figure decreased to 134.5 (-3.3% vs. previous year). The average seat load factor was at 79.6% (-2.5 percentage points vs. previous year). 

A total of 34,978 tons of freight were transported at Zurich Airport during the month of June. This led to a decrease of 2.6% in freight volume compared to last year.
