The transaction remains subject to customary closing conditions, including the required regulatory approvals, and is expected to be completed within the next few months.

Belo Horizonte International Airport is operated by Concessionária do Aeroporto Internacional de Confins S.A. under a 30-year concession awarded in 2013 and handled approximately 13.3 million passengers in 2025.
Zurich Airport Ltd. joined the project as a minority investor in 2013 and holds an indirect minority interest of 12.75%. The divestment is in line with Zurich Airport Ltd.'s international strategy of focusing on majority shareholdings with operational responsibility.
