25. August 2026: Mit Blick auf das öffentliche Kaufangebot von Kolumbus Group AG an die Aktionäre und Inhaber von Partizipationsscheinen von Swiss Estates AG hat die Übernahmekommission die folgende Verfügung zum Verwaltungsratsbericht erlassen.

25 août 2026: La Commission des OPA a rendu la décision suivante relative au rapport du conseil d'administration dans le contexte de l'offre publique d'acquisition de Kolumbus Group SA aux actionnaires et aux porteurs de certificats de participation de Swiss Estates SA.
