On 11 September 2026, the competent court, the Tribunal de Commerce de Paris, partially upheld at first instance the damages claims brought by the purchaser of LAFUMA MOBILIER against CALIDA GROUP. Under the first-instance judgment, CALIDA GROUP has been ordered to pay damages of approximately EUR 6.4 million. The claim sought payment of EUR 39 million and related to the share purchase agreement dated 30 July 2024. The judgment is not final and may be appealed to the next instance.

CALIDA GROUP takes note of the judgment and, following a detailed review of the decision, will assess whether to pursue legal remedies. The damages payment resulting from the judgment will negatively impact the Company’s result by approximately the same amount.

CALIDA GROUP remains focused on the consistent implementation of its strategy and on further increasing the profitability of its core brands. For the 2026 financial year, the Group continues to expect an operating EBIT margin of more than 6% of sales, excluding the impact of this damages payment.
