Cold coffee didn't start on social feeds - it started in coffee shops, and it's now reshaping the entire category. One in three coffees consumed out of home globally is ordered cold, and non-espresso cold formats have grown nearly 42% since 2020 in the US.

We identified this shift early, making cold coffee a priority for our business. That thinking shaped Nescafé Espresso Concentrate, now rolling out across new markets, and has extended into Nespresso's Over Ice collection and Starbucks Coffee Craft - each reaching a different kind of coffee drinker. Behind it all sits years of R&D work solving the technical challenges cold coffee presents, from solubility to flavor.
