Media release Ypsomed and ten23 health expand integrated offering for YpsoDose large volume wearable injector with new device assembly capability Burgdorf/Basel/Visp, Switzerland 29.09.2026, 7 a.m. – Ypsomed (SIX: YPSN) and ten23 health1 today announced the next milestone in their strategic partnership for the YpsoDose wearable injector. By installing dedicated device assembly capabilities for Ypsomed's large-volume wearable injector, ten23 health is further expanding the integrated development and manufacturing offering established by the two companies. The new equipment is now finalizing qualification. 
The milestone builds on the collaboration first announced in April 2024, when ten23 health and Ypsomed joined forces to offer pharmaceutical customers a fully integrated solution for the YpsoDose platform, designed to support the development and commercialization of drug-device combination products with YpsoDose. The offering combines 10 mL glass cartridges, Ypsomed's large-volume wearable injector technology YpsoDose, and ten23's formulation, sterile filling, analytical testing and quality control services. By bringing these capabilities together, the partnership aims to simplify the path from drug product development to a commercially ready YpsoDose combination product. Since then, ten23 health has implemented sterile filling for the 10 mL glass cartridges used with YpsoDose on both its development filling line, which can be used for process development and to generate samples for stability testing, design verification and other purposes, as well as on its Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) clinical and smaller-scale commercial filling line. With the assembly capability now being implemented, the strategic partnership of Ypsomed and ten23 health is extending beyond drug product manufacturing and testing to include the assembly of the final drug-device combination – bringing an additional step of the supply chain under one roof. This further expands the range of services available to pharmaceutical customers developing combination products with YpsoDose. For pharmaceutical customers, this means access to an integrated supply chain solution, with fewer technical transfers, and fewer partners to coordinate.
