GF completes divestment of aerospace and industrial gas turbine operations Donnerstag, 01. Oktober 2026 - 07:13
Following receipt of all required regulatory approvals and the fulfilment of all other closing conditions, GF completed the divestment of the Precicast Group, held by GF Casting Solutions Industrial SA, to US-based Consolidated Precision Products Corp. (CPP) on 30 September 2026. The transaction generated cash proceeds of CHF 215 million, which will be used in line with GF’s capital allocation framework to further reduce net debt.
The transaction covered all of GF’s aerospace and industrial gas turbine investment casting foundry operations, including the sites in Novazzano and Stabio (Switzerland) and Arad (Romania). These operations formed part of the former GF Casting Solutions division, the majority of which was already divested on 12 February 2026.
