Changes to the Board of Directors 
New head of Financial Information division

The General Meeting of SIX Shareholders elected DrPatrikGisel, Lorenz von Habsburg Lothringen and SørenMose to the Board of Directors. They replaced Christoph Gabriel, DrPierinVincenz and Eduardo Leemann, who did not stand for re-election. The Board of Directors also appointed Robert Jeanbart as Division CEO of the Financial Information business area.

 

 

Mutationen im Verwaltungsrat 
Neue Leitung Division Financial Information

Die Generalversammlung von SIX hat die Herren Dr. Patrik Gisel, Lorenz von Habsburg Lothringen sowie Søren Mose neu in den Verwaltungsrat gewählt. Sie ersetzen die Herren Christoph Gabriel, Dr. Pierin Vincenz sowie Eduardo Leemann, die sich nicht mehr zur Wahl stellten. Zudem hat der Verwaltungsrat Herrn Robert Jeanbart als Division CEO der Division Financial Information bestimmt.

 

Changements au sein du Conseil d’administration 
Nouveau CEO pour la division Financial Information

A l’occasion de l’Assemblée générale de SIX, MM. Patrick Gisel, Lorenz von HabsburgLothringen et Søren Mose ont été nouvellement élus au Conseil d’administration. Ils remplacent MM. Christoph Gabriel, PierinVincenz et Eduardo Leemann, qui ne se sont plus présentés à l’élection. Par ailleurs, le Conseil d’administration a nommé M. Robert Jeanbart en tant que CEO de la division Financial Information.
