Wechsel in der Ypsomed Führung
Die Ypsomed Gruppe hat im vergangenen Geschäftsjahr 2013/14 den Turn-around geschafft und ist in sämtlichen Geschäftsbereichen gut aufgestellt. Aus diesem Grund hat sich Verwaltungsratspräsident und CEO Willy Michel entschieden, sich künftig auf sein Mandat als Verwaltungsratspräsident und -delegierter zu fokussieren. Der Verwaltungsrat der Ypsomed Gruppe hat einstimmig seinen Sohn Simon Michel als Nachfolger gewählt. Simon Michel ist seit 2008 Geschäftsleitungsmitglied der Ypsomed Gruppe und verantwortete bisher den Bereich Marketing & Sales. Er tritt die neue Funktion per 1. Juli 2014 an. Umfassende Informationen zum CEO-Wechsel werden anlässlich der Bilanzmedienkonferenz am 27. Mai 2014 bekannt gegeben.

Change in Ypsomed leadership
The Ypsomed Group accomplished its turnaround in fiscal year 2013-2014 and is well-placed in all business areas. For this reason, board president and CEO Willy Michel has decided to focus on his role as president and delegate of the board in the future. The board of directors of the Ypsomed Group has unanimously elected his son Simon Michel as successor. Simon Michel has been a member of the executive board of the Ypsomed Group since 2008 and has, until now, been responsible for the Marketing & Sales area. He will take over his new role on July 1, 2014. Comprehensive information on the CEO change will be announced during the financial press conference on May 27, 2014.
