Altstätten/Schweiz, 11. Juni 2014. COLTENE Holding AG (SIX Swiss Exchange: CLTN) gibt bekannt, dass aufgrund einer am 5. Juni 2014 unterzeichneten Mitteilung die Schroder Investment Management (Switzerland) AG, Central 2, Postfach, 8021 Zürich (Kontakt: Ramona Affolter, Legal & Compliance Officer, Telefon +41 44 250 14 46) seit dem Verkauf von 4'000 Anteilen beziehungsweise 0.095% per 10. Juni 2014 neu 123'920 Namenaktien oder 2.937% der Stimmrechte an COLTENE Holding AG hält. Diese Beteiligung setzt sich aus den Anteilen des Schroders ISF Swiss Equity Opportunities Fond (38'500 Namenaktien oder 0.912%) und des Schroder ISF Swiss Small & Mid Cap Equity Fond (85'420 Namenaktien oder 2.025%) zusammen. Bei diesen SISF Subfonds handelt es sich um in der Schweiz zugelassene Luxemburger Fonds. Schroder Investment Management (Switzerland) AG agiert für diese Fonds als Vertreter in der Schweiz, ist als Investment Manager für diese Fonds zuständig und ist vollumfänglich zur Ausübung der Stimmrechte ermächtigt.

COLTENE Holding AG (SIX Swiss Exchange: CLTN) announced today that according to a notification signed on June 5, 2014, the Schroder Investment Management (Switzerland) AG, Central 2, P.O. Box, 8021 Zurich (Contact: Ramona Affolter, Legal & Compliance Officer, phone +41 44 250 14 46), holds 123,920 registered shares or 2.937% of the voting rights in COLTENE Holding AG since a sale effective as per June 10, 2014. The holding consists of the shares of Schroder ISF Swiss Equity Opportunities Fund (38,500 shares or 0.912%) and Schroder ISF Swiss Small & Mid Cap Equity Fund (85,420 shares or 2.025%). These SISF subfunds are domiciled in Luxembourg and are licensed for distribution in Switzerland. Schroder Investment Management (Switzerland) AG acts as a representative for these funds in Switzerland, is responsible for the funds as investment manager and is fully authorized to exercise the voting rights.
