Peach Property Group AG: German subsidiary postpones initial public offering

Zurich/Cologne, 12 November 2012. Peach Property Group AG, a leading developer of prime residential properties in the German-speaking region of Europe, has announced that its indirectly owned German subsidiary, Peach Property Group (Deutschland) AG, is postponing its planned initial public offering. The company will continue with the talks already initiated with strategically attractive investors. These talks will focus on alternative forms of cooperation and financing designed to bring about the future accelerated growth. The company had scheduled the initial listing of Peach Property Group (Deutschland) AG (ISIN DE000A1RE400) shares in the Prime Standard segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange for 14 November.
