AFG übernimmt die im gewerblichen Heizen, Lüften und Klimatisieren marktführende italienische Sabiana S.p.A. – Strategisch wichtige Ergänzung im Bereich Gebäudetechnik
Arbon, 27. Juni 2014 – Die AFG Arbonia-Forster-Holding AG übernimmt per 1. Juli 2014 das in der Heizungs- und Klimatechnik- sowie im Lüftungsbereich tätige italienische Familienunternehmen Sabiana S.p.A. mit Sitz in Mailand (I). Sie ergänzt ihr Produktportfolio in den Bereichen industrielle Lüftung, umweltschonende Raumklimatisierung und Verbesserung der Raumluftqualität und komplementiert es im Bereich industrielle und gewerbliche Heizung. Dadurch steigert die AFG ihre Systemkompetenz im Bereich Gebäudetechnik signifikant.

AFG rachète le leader italien du chauffage, de la ventilation et de la climatisation industrielle Sabiana S.p.A. – Un complément stratégique important dans le secteur de la technique du bâtiment
Arbon, le 27 juin 2014 – AFG Arbonia-Forster-Holding AG rachète l’entreprise familiale italienne Sabiana S.p.A. dont le siège est à Milan (Italie), spécialisée dans la fabrication d’installations de ventilation, de traitement et de conditionnement de l’air, le 1er juillet 2014. Par cette opération, le Groupe élargit sa gamme de produits de chauffage pour l’industrie et les entreprises et complète son offre d’installations de ventilation industrielle, de conditionnement écologique de l’air intérieur et d’amélioration de la qualité de l’air intérieur. AFG améliore ainsi considérablement sa maîtrise des systèmes de technique du bâtiment.

Arbon, 27 June 2014 – AFG Arbonia-Forster-Holding AG is taking over the Italian family-run company Sabiana S.p.A. with its headquarters in Milan, Italy, which operates in the heating, air-conditioning and ventilation sector, with effect from 1 July 2014. It is thereby supplementing its product portfolio in the fields of industrial ventilation, environmentally friendly air-conditioning and the improvement of indoor air quality and complementing it in the field of industrial and commercial heating. This represents a significant increase in AFG’s system expertise in the area of building technology.
