Forbo-Aktienrückkaufprogramm: Rückkaufangebot zum Festpreis beendet Dienstag, 02. September 2014 - 06:35
Im Rahmen des Aktienrückkauf-Angebots zum Festpreis wurden Forbo insgesamt 68 513 Namenaktien angedient. Mit dem Abschluss des Rückkaufangebots zum Festpreis per 1. September 2014 wird die Sistierung des Handels auf der zweiten Handelslinie aufgehoben.

Im Rahmen des vom Verwaltungsrat der Forbo Holding AG am 19. August 2014 unterbreiteten Aktienrückkauf-Angebots über maximal 107 500 Namenaktien (5% des Aktienkapitals) zu einem Festpreis von CHF 900 je Namenaktie wurden Forbo bis zum Ablauf der Angebotsdauer am 1. September 2014 (17.00 Uhr MEZ) insgesamt 68 513 Namenaktien (3,19% des Aktienkapitals) angedient.
Mit dem Abschluss des Rückkaufangebots zum Festpreis wird die Sistierung des Handels auf der zweiten Handelslinie aufgehoben.

Within the framework of the share repurchase offer made by the Board of Directors of Forbo Holding Ltd on August 19, 2014 for a maximum of 107,500 registered shares (5% of the share capital) at a fixed price of CHF 900 per registered share, a total of 68,513 registered shares (3.19% of the share capital) were tendered to Forbo by the end of the tender period on September 1, 2014 (5 pm CET).
With the conclusion of the fixed-price buyback offer, suspension of trading on the second trading line is canceled.
