Working Mother magazine recognized UBS for “outstanding leadership in establishing policies, programs and a corporate culture that supports working moms”, naming the firm to its 2014 list of ‘100 Best Companies’.

Regarded as an important benchmark for work/life practices in corporate America, the “100 Best Companies” list recognizes organizations that offer family-friendly benefits and policies─such as child care, flexible work arrangements, paid parental leave and programs supporting the advancement of working parents – and that also have higher levels of female representation and leadership.

Working Mother magazine’s annual list of “Best 100 Companies” recognizes institutions that have family-friendly benefits and policies that help mothers strike balance between their work and personal lives. Working Mother then surveys the availability, usage and tracking of programs, as well as the accountability of managers who oversee them. Company profiles and data come from submitted applications that reflect 2013 data.
