Ergänzung des Verwaltungsrats der Bossard Holding AG: Antrag auf Zuwahl von Daniel Lippuner und René Cotting
Der Verwaltungsrat der Bossard Holding AG schlägt der Generalversammlung 2015 die Zuwahl von Herrn Daniel Lippuner und Dr. René Cotting vor.
Der Verwaltungsrat der Bossard Holding AG wird der nächsten ordentlichen Generalversammlung vom 13. April 2015 die Wahl von Herrn Daniel Lippuner und Dr. René Cotting in den Verwaltungsrat der Bossard Holding AG vorschlagen.
Daniel Lippuner (1969) ist Group Chief Executive Officer der Saurer Gruppe, Shanghai (China) und Wattwil (CH). 2013 übernahm er diese Funktion nach beruflichen Stationen bei OC Oerlikon, Pfäffikon, Hilti AG, Schaan, und Rieter Automotive, Winterthur (heute Autoneum), wobei er seit mehreren Jahren in Indien, China und Südostasien engagiert ist. Er ist ausgebildeter Betriebsökonom mit Abschluss an der FH St. Gallen. Er wird namentlich seine Kenntnisse der asiatischen Märkte, seine breite, globale Industrieerfahrung und seine Expertise im Bereich Innovationen in den Verwaltungsrat der Bossard Holding AG einbringen.
René Cotting (1970) ist seit 1995 in der ABB Gruppe in verschiedenen Funktionen im In- und Ausland tätig, heute als CFO in der Geschäftsleitung der ABB Schweiz, Baden. Herr Cotting studierte Wirtschafts- und Sozialwissenschaften an der Universität Fribourg, wo er auch promovierte. Er bildete sich unter anderem am International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne und an der Harward Business School in Boston weiter. Herr Cotting wird insbesondere seine europäischen und amerikanischen Marktkenntnisse sowie seine Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Finanzen und Supply Chain Management in den Verwaltungsrat einbringen.
Im Februar 2014 verstarb Verwaltungsrat Urs Fankhauser; 2013 schieden Dr. Beat Lüthi und Erica Jakober aus dem Verwaltungsrat der Bossard Holding AG aus.
Der Verwaltungsrat freut sich, mit Herrn Daniel Lippuner und Dr. René Cotting - nach der Wahl von Maria Theresa Vacalli 2013 – zwei weitere Schweizer Persönlichkeiten mit reichem internationalen Erfahrungsschatz der Generalversammlung zur Wahl vorschlagen zu können.

The Board of Directors of Bossard Holding AG proposes the election of Mr. Daniel Lippuner and Dr. René Cotting to the 2015 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
The Board of Directors is proposing to elect Mr. Daniel Lippuner and Dr. René Cotting to the Bossard Holding AG Board of Directors at the next Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) on April 13, 2015.
Daniel Lippuner (1969) is the Group Chief Executive Officer of the Saurer Group, Shanghai (China) and Wattwil (CH). In 2013, he assumed this role after holding professional positions at OC Oerlikon, Pfäffikon, Hilti AG, Schaan, and Rieter Automotive, Winterthur (today Autoneum), whereby he has been employed for several years in India, China and Southeast Asia. He is a qualified business economist with a degree from the St. Gallen University of the Applied Sciences. Specifically he will bring his knowledge of the Asian markets, his broad, global industrial experience and his expertise in the field of innovations to the Board of Directors of Bossard Holding AG.
René Cotting (1970) has held a variety of positions since 1995 in the ABB Group both domestically and abroad, currently as CFO in the Executive Board of ABB Schweiz, Baden. Mr. Cotting studied economics and social sciences at the University of Fribourg, from which he also received his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD). He furthered his education at the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne and at the Harvard Busi-ness School in Boston, among others. Mr. Cotting will in particular bring his European and American market expertise as well as his experience in the fields of finance and supply management to the Board of Directors.
Member of the Board of Directors Urs Fankhauser passed away in February 2014; in 2013, Dr. Beat Lüthi and Erica Jakober stepped down from the Board of Directors of Bossard Holding AG.
The Board of Directors is delighted to be able to propose Mr. Daniel Lippuner and Dr. René Cotting for election at the AGM, which elected Maria Theresa Vacalli in 2013, two more Swiss personalities with an ample treasure trove of international experience.
