Maturity                : 18 months (subject to early redemption)

Coupon                : 8.50% p.a.; paid quarterly

Strike                   : 100%

Barrier                  : 59.00% - 64.00% (will be set on Pricing Date)

Subscription        : Until Wednesday, 15 October 2014, 3 p.m. CET
