1. Oktober 2014: Die Übernahmekommission hat festgestellt, dass das öffentliche Kaufangebot von Danaher Corporation an die Aktionäre von Nobel Biocare Holding AG den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen entspricht und Danaher Corporation eine Ausnahme von Art. 19 Abs. 1 lit. b Übernahmeverordnung dahingehend gewährt, dass die Identität der Aktionärinnen und Aktionäre oder der Aktionärsgruppen von Danaher Corporation sowie der Prozentsatz ihrer Beteiligung erst ab einer Schwelle von mehr als 5% der Stimmrechte offen zu legen ist.

1 October 2014: The Swiss Takeover Board has stated that the public exchange offer of Danaher Corporation to the shareholders of Nobel Biocare Holding AG meets the legal requirements and Danaher Corporation was granted an exemption from article 19 para. 1 lit. b of the Swiss Takeover Ordinance: the identity of the shareholders or groups of shareholders of Danaher Corporation and the percentage of their participation has to be disclosed only once the threshold of 5% of the voting rights is exceeded.

1er octobre 2014: La Commission des OPA a constaté que l'offre publique d’acquisition de Danaher Corporation aux actionnaires de Nobel Biocare Holding AG est conforme aux dispositions légales et a accordé une dérogation à l’art. 19 alinéa 1 let. b de l’ordonnance sur les OPA en ce que l’identité des actionnaires ou des groupes d’actionnaires de Danaher Corporation ainsi que le pourcentage de leur participation ne doivent être déclarés qu’à partir du seuil de 5 % des droits de vote.
