Maturity: 5 years (subject to early redemption)
Exit rate: 16.30%-17.30% p.a. (only paid if an Early Redemption occurs)
Strike: 100%
Barrier: 65%, observation only at expiry
Subscription: Until Friday, 24 October 2014, 3 p.m. CET
