Neuhausen am Rheinfall/Schweiz, 16. Oktober 2014 - LifeWatch AG (SIX Swiss
Exchange: LIFE), ein führender Anbieter von medizinischen Lösungen zur
telemetrischen Herzüberwachung, gibt bekannt, dass Cigna Corporation die
Versicherungsabdeckung für ambulante telemetrische
Herzüberwachungsdienstleistungen (ACT), welche durch ihre
Tochtergesellschaft LifeWatch Services, Inc. erbracht werden, reaktiviert
hat.
 
Die Versicherungsabdeckung ist rückwirkend ab 15. Juni 2014 für alle mit
Cigna verbundenen Unternehmen gültig.

Die Parteien haben zudem eine vertrauliche Vereinbarung unterzeichnet und
LifeWatch Services, Inc.  wird ihre hängigen Verfahren, die beim
zuständigen Gericht für den Ostbezirk von Pennsylvania (U.S. District Court
for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania) beantragt worden sind,
einstellen.

LifeWatch Services, Inc. and LifeWatch AG announces the reinstatement of
Cigna Corporation's coverage of mobile cardiac monitoring services

Neuhausen am Rheinfall/Switzerland, October 16, 2014 - LifeWatch AG (SIX
Swiss Exchange: LIFE), a leading provider of medical solutions in remote
cardiac monitoring, announces that Cigna Corporation has reinstated
coverage of the Ambulatory Cardiac Telemetry (ACT) service provided by its
subsidiary, LifeWatch Services, Inc.

The coverage is retroactively effective as of June 15, 2014 and applies to
all Cigna affiliated entities.

In addition, the parties entered into a confidential settlement agreement
and LifeWatch Services, Inc. will be dismissing its pending case filed in
the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
