2014-10-28-Elma Gruppe ergänzt das Group Executive Board

CH-Wetzikon, 28. Oktober 2014 – Das Group Executive Board der Elma Gruppe wird durch ein neues Mitglied ergänzt. Der Verwaltungsrat hat Tedy Kratenstein per 1. November 2014 als Regionenleiter Elma Europe (EMEA) und damit als Mitglied des Group Executive Board ernannt.

In dieser Position wird Tedy Kratenstein, 54 Jahre, die Länderverantwortung für die europäischen Gesellschaften der Elma Gruppe übernehmen und für die Region Europe (EMEA) als Regionenleiter verantwortlich sein. Die Region Europe steuert rund 40% zum Gesamtumsatz der Elma Gruppe bei.

Tedy Kratenstein kennt nicht nur die wichtigsten für Elma relevanten Märkte, sondern verfügt auch über eine ausgewiesene Erfahrung im Industriebereich und hat darüber hinaus ein weltweites Netzwerk aufgebaut. Die letzten zehn Jahre war er für einen der weltweit führenden Hersteller von Embedded Computer Technologien tätig, zuerst als CEO der lokalen Gesellschaft in Israel, danach als Vice President of Sales Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Das Group Executive Board wird somit ab 1. November 2014 aus den drei Mitgliedern Fred Ruegg (CEO / Regionenleiter Americas), Edwin Wild (CFO / Regionenleiter Asia) und Tedy Kratenstein (Regionenleiter Europe) bestehen.
