Amendment to Disclosure Office Notice I/13 regarding companies not domiciled in Switzerland that have their main listing on SIX Swiss Exchange

Following the revision to Art. 20 para. 1 of the Swiss Stock Exchange Act, which came into effect on 1 May 2013, the application of the disclosure rules has been broadened to include companies not domiciled in Switzerland whose equity securities have their main listing at least in part on a Swiss stock exchange.

 

 

Anpassung der Mitteilung I/13 der Offenlegungsstelle betreffend hauptkotierte Gesellschaften mit Sitz im Ausland

Mit der Revision von Art. 20 Abs. 1 Börsengesetz, die am 1. Mai 2013 in Kraft getreten ist, wurde der Anwendungsbereich des Offenlegungsrechts auf Gesellschaften mit Sitz im Ausland, deren Beteiligungspapiere mindestens teilweise in der Schweiz hauptkotiert sind, ausgeweitet.

 

Modification du communiqué I/13 de l’Instance pour la publicité des participations concernant les sociétés cotées à titre principal domiciliées à l’étranger

Par la révision de l’art. 20 al. 1 de la loi sur les bourses, entrée en vigueur le 1er mai 2013, les sociétés ayant leur siège à l’étranger dont au moins une partie des titres sont cotés à titre principal en Suisse ont été incluses dans le champ d’application des dispositions relatives à la publicité des participations.
