NEWARK, Calif. & LAUSANNE, Switzerland--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Logitech International (SIX:LOGN) (Nasdaq:LOGI) today announced that it

has filed its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the first quarter of

Fiscal Year 2015 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

As announced on Nov. 13, 2014, Logitech is working with its new

independent registered public accounting firm, KPMG LLP (KPMG), to file

its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the second quarter of Fiscal Year

2015 as soon as possible.
