On 13 November 2014, Edinburgh Partners Limited, Edinburgh, notified us that it is reducing its shareholding in Feintool International Holding AG to 122,910 registered shares. This will lower Edinburgh Partner's shareholding in Feintool from 3.81% to 2.75%.
