Roche erhöht die Lohnsumme in der Schweiz um 1,4 Prozent Dienstag, 25. November 2014 - 11:17

Roche erhöht die Lohnsumme für ihre über 13‘000 Mitarbeitenden in der Schweiz per 1. April 2015 um 1,4 Prozent. Diese neuerliche Erhöhung erfolgt in Anerkennung des hohen Einsatzes der Mitarbeitenden in einem anspruchsvollen Marktumfeld in Europa und der Schweiz. Zudem sind die Löhne im Marktvergleich sowie die Entwicklung der Lebenshaltungskosten berücksichtigt.

Im Hinblick auf die Lohnanpassung 2015 fanden in den vergangenen Wochen bei Roche Verhandlungen mit den Angestelltenverbänden Roche (AVR in Basel und Rotkreuz) und der Arbeiterkommission Roche Basel (AKR) statt. Bei den Verhandlungen konnte leider keine Einigung bezüglich der Erhöhung der Lohnsumme mit den Arbeitnehmervertretungen gefunden werden. Roche to increase payroll in Switzerland by 1.4 percent

Roche is increasing the payroll for its workforce of over 13,000 in Switzerland by 1.4 percent with effect from 1 April 2015. This latest increase acknowledges the workforce’s outstanding dedication in a challenging market environment in Europe and Switzerland. It also takes into account the salaries and wages for comparable employment, and increases in the cost of living.

Over recent weeks the company has been negotiating the 2015 payroll increase with the Roche Employees’ Association (AVR in Basel and Rotkreuz) and the Roche Basel Works Council (AKR). Unfortunately no consensus could be reached between Roche and the employee representatives regarding the payroll increase. The negotiations were conducted by all parties in a fair, focused and constructive atmosphere. more

Roche accroît de 1,4 pour cent sa masse salariale en Suisse

La masse salariale des plus de 13 000 collaborateurs que Roche compte en Suisse va augmenter de 1,4 pour cent au 1er avril 2015. Cette nouvelle augmentation est une reconnaissance du grand engagement des collaborateurs dans un environnement européen et suisse concurrentiel. Elle tient compte également des salaires pratiqués sur le marché et de l’évolution du coût de la vie.

Les salaires de 2015 ont fait l’objet, au cours des dernières semaines, de négociations avec de Associations des employés de Roche (AVR à Bâle et Rotkreuz) et la commission représentant le personnel ouvrier de Roche Bâle (AKR). Malheureusement, lors des négociations, aucun accord n’a pu être trouvé avec les représentants du personnel concernant l’augmentation de la masse salariale.
