Maturity                : 3 years (subject to early redemption)

Coupon                : 2.00% p.a.; paid quarterly
Strike                   : 100%

Barrier                  : 49.00% - 51.00% (will be set on Pricing Date)

Subscription        : Until Thursday, 27 November 2014, 3 p.m. CET
