Verkauf der STI-Gruppe an deren Gründer Edgar Oehler – Artemis Holding AG neuer Hauptaktionär
Arbon, 2. Dezember 2014 – Die AFG Arbonia-Forster-Holding AG verkauft die nicht mehr zum Kerngeschäft gehörende STI Surface Technologies International Holding AG. Die Division Oberflächentechnologie wird aufgelöst. Neue Eigentümerin der STI-Gruppe wird die FFG Finanzierungs- und Factorings AG, Balgach SG, eine Gesellschaft des Gründers der STI-Gruppe Edgar Oehler. Mit diesem Verkauf schliesst die AFG ihre strategische Neuausrichtung auf die Geschäftsfelder Hülle und Raum ab und fokussiert sich wieder ausschliesslich auf ihre Tätigkeit als internationaler, innovativer Bauausrüster. Im Zuge der Transaktion scheidet Edgar Oehler als bisheriger Hauptaktionär aus. Die Artemis Holding AG ist neu mit einer Beteiligung von 21.89% Hauptaktionär der AFG Arbonia-Forster-Holding AG.

Vente du Groupe STI à son fondateur Edgar Oehler: Artemis Holding AG est le nouvel actionnaire principal
Arbon, le 2 décembre 2014 – L’AFG Arbonia-Forster-Holding AG vend la STI Surface Technologies International Holding AG, qui ne fait plus partie de son cœur de métier. La division Technologie des surfaces est dissoute. La FFG Finanzierungs- und Factorings AG, Balgach SG, une société du fondateur du Groupe STI Edgar Oehler, devient la nouvelle propriétaire du Groupe STI. Avec cette vente, l’AFG achève la mise en œuvre de sa nouvelle orientation stratégique sur les champs d’activité Enveloppe et Intérieur et se concentre à nouveau exclusivement sur son activité d’entreprise d’équipements du bâtiment internationale et innovante. À l’issue de la transaction, Edgar Oehler perd le statut d’actionnaire principal qu’il avait jusqu’à présent. L’Artemis Holding AG est désormais actionnaire principal avec une participation de 21,89% dans l’AFG Arbonia-Foster-Holding AG.

Sale of the STI Group to its founder Edgar Oehler – Artemis Holding AG new main shareholder
Arbon, 2 December 2014 – AFG Arbonia-Forster-Holding AG is selling STI Surface Technologies International Holding AG, which no longer belongs to its core business. The Surface Technology Division is to be dissolved. The new owner of the STI Group is FFG Finanzierungs- und Factorings AG, Balgach, St. Gallen, a company belonging to Edgar Oehler, founder of the STI Group. With this sale, AFG finalises its strategic reorientation in the business fields of building envelopes and interiors and again focuses exclusively on its activity as an international, innovative construction materials supplier. In the course of the transaction, Edgar Oehler will lose his former status as the main shareholder. The new main shareholder of AFG Arbonia-Forster-Holding AG is Artemis Holding AG, with a share of 21.89%.
